ABSTRACT

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of oral administration of Bletilla Striata polysaccharide cream combined with Honghua Xiaoyao tablet in the treatment of chloasma.Methods:A total of 220 female patients with chloasma treated in the dermatology department of Taihe Hospital of Shiyan (Affiliated Hospital of Hubei Medical College) from January 2018 to October 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, with 110 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Bletilla Striata polysaccharide cream, 1 time in the morning and evening.The control group was treated with Qianbai cream, 1 time in the morning and evening, and the two groups were treated with Honghua Xiaoyao tablets, each time 1.17g, 3 times a day.One month was a course of treatment, a total of 3 courses of treatment.The effect was observed by skin lesion score, effective rate and adverse reaction.Results:After 3 courses of treatment, the skin lesion score and effective rate in the treatment group were (0.93±0.31)points, 84.55%(93/110), respectively, which in the control group were (1.39±0.44)points, 65.45%(71/110), respectively, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( t=9.901, χ 2=11.594, all P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ 2=4.053, P<0.05). Conclusion:The efficacy of Bletilla Striata polysaccharide cream combined with Honghua Xiaoyao tablet in the treatment of chloasma is better than Qianbai cream, and the incidence of adverse reaction is low.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To optimize the decolorization technology of activated carbon for the plant pigment in Bletilla striata polysaccharide.Methods: Using L 9 (3 4) orthogonal test with activated carbon as the decolorizer, the amount of activated carbon, decolorization temperature, decolorization liquid pH and decolorization time were investigated.The decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate were investigated.The decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate were taken as the indices.Results: The optimum decolorization technology was as follows: the amount of activated carbon was 1.0%, the decolorization temperature was 40 ℃, the pH value was 5 and the decolorization time was 30 min.Under those conditions, the decolorization rate of Bletilla striata polysaccharide was 91.3% and the retention rate of polysaccharide was 80.6%.Conclusion: The selected decolorization technology of activated carbon can make Bletilla striata polysaccharide get the best decolorizing effect.

ABSTRACT

The relevant literatures were looked up, summarized, classified and reviewed, and the research progress in decolorization methods for the extracts of traditional Chinese medicines containing polysaccharide was introduced.The decolorization methods commonly used for polysaccharide extracts of traditional Chinese medicines were activated carbon decolorization, macroporous resin decolorization, hydrogen peroxide decolorization, sodium hypochlorite decolorization and so on.According to the combination form of polysaccharide and pigment, the suitable decolorization method should be selected to improve the purity of polysaccharide and the quality of related preparations, which shows guidance effect on fine finishing of traditional Chinese medicines.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the curative effect of Baidangba cream for hands and feet chap .Methods 104 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group containing type Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ according to chapped degree .The treat-ment group was treated by Baidangba cream ,where the control group was treated by urea ointment .After 15 min warm water immersion ,chapped areas were applied with ointments and severely parts were bandaged with elastic tape ,for 20 days .4 indi-cators to observe the efficacy of treatment including bleeding disappeared ,cutting softening ,pain alleviate ,heal chap .Results The curative rate in the treatment group and the control group was 94 .3% (50/53) and 88 .2% (45/51) ,respectively .The ef-fective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 5 .7% (3/53) and 11 .8% (6/51) ,respectively .There was signifi-cant difference between the two group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The treatment with Baidangba cream for hands and feet chap was of significant curative effect .It was quite good in the value of application .

ABSTRACT

Objective To establish the quantitative determination method of dexamethasone acetate in Kelaweiding lini‐ment by HPLC .Methods Column:Diamonsil‐C18 (150 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5 μm) ,mobile phase:methanol‐water‐glacialaceticacid (80:20:0 .5) ,flow rate:1 .0 ml/min ,UV detection wavelength:240 nm ,injection volume :20 μl ,column temperature:30 ℃ . Results The standard curve was linear within the range of 2 .00‐64 .00μg/ml ,linear equation was Y=0 .405 2X+0 .804 2(r=0 .999 9) .The average recovery was 99 .3% with RSD 0 .93% (n=9) .Conclusion This method was simple ,stable and could be used to assay dexamethasone acetate in Kelaweiding liniment .

ABSTRACT

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of compound Bletilla Striata cream in the treatment of patients with second degree hand rhagadia. Methods: Totally 146 patients with second degree hand rhagadia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 73 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with compound Bletilla Striata cream, while the control group was treated with urea ointment. The treatment course was 10 days. The time of paln disappearance, keratoder-ma softening and rhagadia healing were compared between the two groups, and the efficacy and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were also observed and compared. Results:After the first treatment course, the curative rate of the treatment group was 94. 5%, which was higher than that of the control group (82. 2%) with statistical significance (P0. 05). The time of keratoderma softening and rhagadia healing in the treatment group was significant shorter than that in the control group (P0. 05). Conclusion: Compound Bletilla Striata cream in the treatment of second degree hand rhagadia is effective and safe, which shows good prospect for clinical application.

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of dexamethasone in Verdihong paints to ensure safety and ef-fectiveness of the clinical medicines. Methods:An HPLC method with a Dikma C18 column (150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (80∶20∶0. 5), the detection wavelength was at 240nm, the injec-tion volume was 20 μl, the column temperature was 30℃ and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 . Results:The standard curve of dexa-methasone was linear over the range of 3. 0-96. 0μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 7). The average recovery was 99. 45% with RSD of 1. 01%(n=9). Conclusion:The method is simple with good reproducibility, and can be used in the determination of dexamethasone in Verdihong paints.

ABSTRACT

Objective To establish the determination method of the polysaccharide in Verdihong paint .Methods The anhy-drous dextrose was used as the control , 0.2%anthrone-sulfuric acid as the stain , the content of polysaccharide was determined by ul-traviolet spectrophotometer at the wavelength of 620 nm.Results The polysaccharide curve was linear within a range of 1.9~34.2μg/ml, linear equation was Y=0.033 X-0.006 7 (r=0.999 9), the average recovery was 98.6% with RSD of 1.06%(n=6). Conclusion This method was convenient , stable and coud be used to assay content of the polysaccharide in Verdihong paint .

ABSTRACT

Objective:To study the effect of artificial gastric juice on the dissolution of schizandrin A to provide the parameters for the best extraction method of Schisandra chinensis. Methods:Schisandra chinensis was respectively extracted by artificial gastric juice and water. Schizandrin A in the extracts was determined by HPLC, and the dissolution of schizandrin A in artificial gastric juice and water was studied and compared. Results:At 60 min, schizandrin A dissolution was 0. 483% in artificial gastric juice, and 0. 362%in water. Conclusion:The dissolution of schizandrin A in artificial gastric juice is 33. 4% higher than that in water, suggesting artifi-cial gastric juice can significantly improve the dissolution of schisandrin A.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effect of Guiji cream in the treatment of fissure and permeability of skin.Methods The models of fissure Japonic rabbits were established to observe the effects of skin cream on inhibiting fissure.Rabbits back area was divided into 6 blocks and given different medicines in six different groups:GuiJi cream group of low dosage,middle dosage and high dosage (0.05、0.1、0.2 g/m-2 crude drug of Bletilla colloid respectively),urea frost cream group(0.1 g/m-2),normal saline group and control group.Observe the changes of skin surface symptoms every day.The permeability test was performed on 36 KM mouse and randomly divided into control group,GuiJi cream group and urea frost cream group(0.2 g/m-2).Apply drugs to the back and observe the permeability change of cilia capillary,and auricle swelling degree in mice of each group.Results The curative criteria for Guiji groups was 3.8~4.1,the inhibition rate of auricular swelling was 75%.GuiJi cream could inhibit xylene-induced ear edema (P<0.05) ; the Inhibition rate of vascular permeability was 45.08%,The ear swelling induced by xylene and increased capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice were inhibited significantly (P<0.05) by Guiji cream which had obvious effects on fissure as well as the permeability.Conclusion Guiji chapped skin cream played significant functions in treating fissure and acting anti-inflammatory.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the mechanism of GuiJi cream in dispelling effects on corrupt microorganism.Methods A total of 90 full-layer skin injured rats were served as test model. The effects of Guiji cream on collagen type Ⅰ (C Ⅰ), matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) and MMP-3 in granulation tissue of wound were observed with immunohistochemistry technique and image-analysis system at various stages of healing. Results The expression of C Ⅰ was obviously increased and the level of MMP-1 and MMP-3 increased at the early stage and kept at a high level from day 3 to day 10. Conclusion The mechanism of GuiJi cream for dispelling effects on corrupt microorganism was increasing the C Ⅰ content in granulation tissue of wound through inhibiting the secretion of MMP- 1.
